TRANSPORTATION
We provide free transportation to doctor appointments, grocery shopping and other destinations, and do errands.
PRODUCE AND FOOD BOX DELIVERY
We deliver fresh produce twice a month to LAH clients who wish to receive it. Volunteer drivers also deliver monthly food bags/boxes from the Community Food Bank to clients who qualify for those programs.
MINOR HOME REPAIRS AND YARD CLEAN-UP
We assist with safety-related home repairs and yard clean-up.
SOCIAL EVENTS AND OUTINGS
We host a monthly social event with lunch & occasional outings, and a "Smooth Moves" exercise classes twice a month.
PHONE CALLS AND VISITS
We make friendly phone calls, and sometimes visits, to seniors.
