ARIZONA TAX CREDIT PROGRAM
When you give to Lend A Hand, Arizona's Charitable Tax Credit law allows you to claim a tax credit that reduces dollar-for-dollar what you would pay in Arizona state income tax. Arizona has recognized Lend A Hand as a "Qualifying Charitable Organization."
You can claim a tax credit of $938 for tax year 2024 ($470 if filing as Single or Head of Household).
The Arizona Charitable Tax Credit is separate from the Public School and Private School Tuition Tax Credits, so you can contribute to more than one, or all three if you choose. As a 401(c)(3) Organization, a donation to Lend A Hand also qualifies as a charitable deduction on your federal income taxes.

Here's how it works:

Make your donation using the button above, or mail your check to Lend A Hand, P. O. Box 41323 Tucson, AZ 85717

Complete Arizona Tax Form 321 and include it with your state return. The name of the organization is Lend A Hand Senior Assistance, Inc, and the Qualifying Charitable Organization Code (QCO Code) for the Arizona Charitable Tax Credit is 21029.

Contributions made by April 15th may be applied to either the current or the preceding tax year, and are considered to have been made on the last day of that tax year.

Elderly neighbors living independently are often faced with a difficult choice: stay in their homes or move into a facility or a family member’s home far from their friends. Lend A Hand's trained volunteers provide assistance to neighborhood seniors to help them stay comfortably and safely in their homes.
